What types of sanitation equipment do you offer for rent?We currently offer Portable Restrooms (both Standard and Handicap), Holding Tanks, and Handwashing Stations.

How do I place a rental order with Pridgen Sanitation?To place an order, customers call or text us directly at (910) 499-3768. They can also contact us through our email pridgensanitation@gmail.com.

Can I request a customized sanitation solution for my event or project?Yes, the customer can request the specific equipment that is needed for their event. We will also ask/answer any questions and make recommendations as needed.

What is the rental duration for your equipment?We rent for as long as the customer needs our services. It can be as little as 1 day or for many years.

How far in advance should I book rental equipment?We prefer that the customer book their rental a minimum of 1 week in advance. This gives us time to plan our schedule.

What are the delivery and pickup options?We work and communicate with our customers to make deliveries and pickups at their requested time.

Do you provide maintenance services during the rental period?Yes, we service our Restrooms, Holding Tanks, and Handwashing Stations regularly to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Are there any restrictions on where the equipment can be placed?We allow the customer to decide where they would prefer the equipment placed as long as it is easily accessible for our service truck.

What measures do you take to ensure the cleanliness of your rental equipment?Each unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at the time of service.

How does billing and payment work for rentals?We bill on a 28-day cycle. We charge the same price if you use our services 1 day or the full 28 days. Payments options are cash, check, card, or ACH bank transfer.

Is there a minimum amount of equipment or time period for rentals?No there is no minimum amount of equipment or time period for a rental.
